Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your payment is received.
Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
In certain cases (due to location, courier delays, or public holidays), delivery may take up to 10 business days.
We partner with trusted national courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

Shipping Charges

Flat Shipping Rate: ₹299 for all orders below ₹2499
Flat Shipping: On all prepaid orders of ₹2499 and above ₹249

Important Information

Please ensure your name, delivery address, and phone number are complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are shipped.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.
In the event of a lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
